Terms & Conditions
- Bookings are required to be a minimum of 3 days.
- We require a 25% deposit to secure your booking.
- The remaining balance needs to be paid no later than 6 weeks before your date of arrival.
- We reserve the right to cancel your booking if the balance has not been paid 6 weeks before your date of arrival, your deposit will not be refunded.
- If you cancel your booking up to 4 months before date of arrival – we will refund 100% of monies paid.
- If you cancel your booking up to 2 months before date of arrival – we will refund 50% of monies paid.
- If you cancel your booking less than 2 months before date of arrival – there can be no refunds.
- In the unlikely event of Corfu-Villa cancelling the booking 100% of monies paid will be refunded.
