This grand, new-build luxury villa is tucked away in the lush green countryside of Corfu’s North East, yet just a 5 minute walk to Avlaki Beach. With a private infinity pool and spacious pool terrace with unequaled views, Villa Yvonne makes an excellent setting for that long awaited group or family getaway. There’s a nearby village that’s great for picking up essentials and also has a couple of restaurants for when you don’t feel like cooking. You’re also well placed to visit the largest sandy bay in this part of the island, Kalamaki Beach. Pool heating, Starklink WiFi and air conditioning/heating in the bedrooms are included.

Outside the property, there are expansive sun terraces, multiple patios, a large covered dining area, a private pool with an infinity cascade overlooking the Corfu coastlines, additionally a poolside barbecue and plenty of sun loungers.

On a beautifully landscaped plot, surrounded by mature olive groves, Villa Yvonne provides a tranquil escape from the everyday grind.

The top floor of Villa Yvonne is the master suite which features a luxurious king sized bed, it’s own integral reception room, dressing area and en-suite bathroom with his and hers basin suite. You have direct access out onto a private roof terrace with endless views of the Corfu coastline.

Over the other two floors are the additional 5 double en-suite bedrooms all with enough extra space for a cot with plenty of room left over for your luggage and belongings.

The lower ground floor bedrooms each step out into a private terraced area and the first floor bedrooms step out onto the pool-side.

At 10 by 5 metres, the lounge area is spacious and inviting while great for entertaining.

After a day of sightseeing, you may desire some entertainment, and Villa Yvonne has been fitted with a 52-inch Internet TV with a wide selection of channels.

On the lower floor we have a games and additional TV area.

With direct access to the pool terrace and outside large undercover dining area, the fully equipped kitchen offers the ideal view while preparing the abundance of fresh local produce available in the nearby villages. 

Villa Yvonne includes a large breakfast table, a large refrigerator, a freezer, two dishwashers, an electric hob and two ovens, a microwave oven, a coffee maker, and even a juicer.

The dining area is bright and airy, with a large table that seats 8 (high chairs are also available, should you require them) to give you the option of dining indoors or outdoors.
